ONCE AGAIN, OZARK Miniatures comes to our aid with a trio of useful and beautiful white metal castings. As always, our samples are free of flash, have clean and crisp detail, and should work as well for 1:20.3 scale as for 1:22.5.
The telephone call box is typical of thousands you could find along nearly any right-of-way from the 1920s until the 1960s. The casting has scribed woodgrain and even a knot hole. The locomotive pilot steps have a substantial pair of mounting pegs, essential for such a vulnerable detail part. The step itself has a scribed diamond treadplate design, rivet detail, and four drain holes. The drift valves are accurate down to the tiny indentations around the circumference of the valve cover.
