Welcome to the forum.
Thanks for the link. Nice tutorial.
I have been interested in your drystack walls (as well as some of your others) since you introduced them. They definitely seem to be the best and most realistic ones I have seen available on the market.
One of these days I ill have to give them a go.
Marc
Thanks Marc,
The clinic was created for those who were interested in the way we did painting and weathering
on our castings.
I am glad you like the stonework also.
I'll be around if any questions about the clinic should arise. 8)

Nice stuffs!! Your clinic is very helpful, I´m a begginer in this of painting hydrocal castings and seeing your page learn more about it.
Thanks for sharing, and welcome to the group!!!
Hello Lucas,
I am happy that you enjoyed the clininc.
Always Glad to help... (when I can)
I am working on an assembly clinic. I will make it available here as well.
Have A Gret Day!

Hi Mike ,
Welcome to the Forum .
I just printed off your tutorial to study in depth later on . This looks like a very useful set of information and greatly expands the A4 sheet I got from Russ (Greene) at last years CSS08 . I was experimenting with your methods only a couple of days ago on some of your castings . I haven't got it right yet ( I'm afraid I can't wait 1 hour between applications , I used a hairdryer instead) but with alot more practice I'll get there .
The tutorial will be of particular interest because it is my plan to build a 1/35th German granite works module and I'll need to have lots of fresh cut granite stacks and blocks . So I'll need to learn how to get the effects you managed .
Can you say how long until your painting kit will be available ? It looks like a must have if you've got lots of hydrocal painting to do . Which I have .
I look forward to seeing lots of new stuff from you ,
Nick Ogden
Hello Nick,
Glad you made the show.. CSS08
I was there as well.
Look forward to seeing you at the CSS09 show.
We are still working out the packaging for the painting kit at this time.
hopefully we will have it worked out by the end of june.
We have been working on many new products...
that are being posted this month..(I am the webmaster as well... so between working on new stuff and creating the website has been quite taxing not to mention working on my own diorama for featuring our stonework.)
BUT.... I will see what I can do about getting that painting kit out sooner.
I am also pleased you like our castings.
Mike, it is so funny you started posting here as I was just on your site before coming to read the forum, the NEBS Mortar Mock Mix sounds like an interesting new product, when do you think it will be out?
I was looking for the tutorial you did a while back on how to dress plaster stonework but could not find it is it on your website and I'm missing it?
It looks like the links to the stonework examples 4, 5, and 7 are not working, you better get that web master working on that, LOL. Great to see a quality vendor like yourself doing so well. I really appreciate all the wonderful products I have bought from you and your lovely wife, Pat
Hello Belg,
Nice to hear from you..
The Mortar Mock Mix is in the same situation as the painting kit.
Finding the right packaging solution is not as easy as it may seem.. :o
