Title: Trolley Build
Post by: Jerry Barnes on August 03, 2009, 06:16:23 PM
I've been working on a trolley build from a Robert's Line trolley body I got from Bob Thon, he had this one left. I broke up the windows some with a brass strip. I made the interior by finding neat wood paneling on the internet and printing it off the right size. Cut it out, laminated it and attached it, once the car was painted, with double sided carpet tape. I used a USA power block which was the right size for the Bachman trolley side frames that I molded/cast.

Here's another shot of the trolley. Getting some decals made by Stan right now.

  Jerry,

why don't you make the seats and panelling in real wood. It will in my opinion look much better, especially in that large scale.
