Instead of swerving the thread off course, I'll think about it a little and start another thread on the basics of laser cutting, how its done.

The stencils are interesting, I can cut them.   I've tried this sort of thing in small scale and it didn't quite work as hoped.  I'm thinking silk screen would be better.

    I have the gear sets that you have shown and the detail and quality are amazing. Can you laser brass? I am looking to make a cab for a engine that I am working on. Thanks  Sean
