I had a chance to run some of the models that I've been working on lately.  Roger Cutter had an open house last weekend on his wonderful RGS East layout.  The weekend was dedicated to the EBT.
I borrowed a point and shoot camera and was surprised with the results...

Very nice models and very appropriate background! I assume a caboose is in the works?

The low cameera angle & outdoor setting brings the scene to life, Geoff.
Nice job.

Back in the old Outdoor Railroader days, those photos would have been on the cover and spread. -- Russ

Well, I miss those Outdoor Railroader days........

Here is something else I've bee working on.  Had it out for testing.... ran real nice.  Back in the shop for more details and weathering.

But first, the real thing then the model.

I love these pictures. The natural backdrop has been very cleverly used to give it a 'to scale' appearance. And the cars and loco are beautiful.
