don't discard that useless paint brush

Should you have a miniature that must be painted in precise detail, take that old brush that you feel that you haven't any furthur use for and  locate the one bristle you will feel comfortable painting with then simply remove the rest.

Painting with this single bristle will take some time but you will be satisfied with the outcome.

I pluck the hairs from my ears and hold them with tweezers for fine painting ... never have to buy paint brushes again.  Best to use locking tweezers though ... otherwise, you may run out of ear hairs before you're done painting.

Thanks for that wonderful tip, Dallas. I gotta try that. I've used leg hairs, snake hairs, chicken hairs, and Londonderry Hairs with some success but I'm sure they pale by comparison. -- ssuR
