Its been a long time since I started this project (previously on General Items) - a 16mm scale (1/19th) model in styrene of the the strange Byers "t" boilered 3ft gauge loco with vertical cylinders driving the wheels through a series of gears.  To complete the model I need a loco bell, does anyone know of a supplier of bells in approx 1/32nd or 1/35th scale?  The bell on the prototype engines were quite small so the smaller scale might just be right.

Awesome!!

What size does the bell need to be? How will it be mounted?

The bell is just a bit shorter than the height of the sand dome.  There is a photo in the General Forum category from last February. It's of the rope pull type just sitting on a cradle attached to the boiler top between the smoke stack and sand dome.  The model still needs more "plumbing" added, safety valves, whistle and the very basic cab to be added over the next few weeks.

What Russ and Ray said. Beautiful fabrication and coloring. Do you mind some nitpicking? To me coupler bar and chains seem a bit undersized compared to the handrails.

Cheers,
Volker
I'll make it. If I have to fly the five feet like a birdie.
I'll fly it. I'll make it.

All what the others say plus a big excellent and yes the coupler links could do with a bit more bulk to them - so its back to knitting my pom-pom hat to match my fur lined hood on my anorak

I agree with the comments regarding the coupler bar size. As we say over here "it couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding".  Maybe I should work on that item.
