Anders, when the bucket is a 5 liter one, I estimate the scal as 1:6 or 1:8 like many motorcycle kits.

this is beyond the mortal modellers possiblities. incredibly creative.

Thanks Marc.  I got it.  That is some excellent modeling.

Actually it's a lot better than Nicks!!! ;D  But I'd still like to see something from Sir Nick!!

Ah, movie models! I thought that might be the case. Terrific work.

The 3D versions of Picasso paintings are pretty cool, very interesting concept.

That is just spectacular stuff! Thanks Marc for finding it. While looking I kept hearing Hammer's "Can't touch this" playing. Now where did I put that balsa glider?

He really is a talented modeller and observer of the world around him. I am glad to have seen his work.

However, I am not so crazy about the 3d van Gogh boxes (luckily Don McLean was not singing in the background). To me they add nothing to the appreciation of these extremely well known paintings. I've seen a lot of 3-d models and sculptures based on paintings and they range from cheesy to marginal. I think its often best to leave an amazing work of art alone and just enjoy it for what it is..that is unless you think you can take on the greats and then the critics can decide.
You may ask yourself: "Well, how did I get here?"
