   The upper mill,

The base of the rockface with the upper mill

A mock up of the mill.  Criticts ranged from too large to too high.
The final building was approx. 10% larger than the mock up shown.

The photo that triggered the idea of the upper mill

The rock face was done on a Saturday afternoon. No one at home, a couple
of beers, nice music and the carving knife started leading it's own life.

The final shapes for the upper mill and blacksmith's shop in position.

The upper mil without details prelimenary in position.
Building time to this stage 3 days.

Side of building and pusher engine track.

The finished setting similar as the photo above

The mill in it's definitive setting with trees, shrubs, grass and waterfalls

      The three mill together

      Water on it's way down.

Good God!...this thing just keeps going ;).  I have completely run out of superlatives.

I can only repeat myself. Beautiful and inspirational.

Jacq,

I also appreciate those 'in progress' shots. Good to know you didn't create it in 6 days and rest on the 7th.
