Recently introduced as a resin kit is the 1935-45 chain drive Mack FK by Ratcliffe Models in 1/87 scale. William at Ratcliffe Models is very fussy and this kit had great detail and perfect fit on just about every casting so this was an easy build. All that was added to the kit was the winch, windshield supports, mirror and bumper hooks.

Hard to believe that is 1:87 scale. Nice weathering. Adequate. -- Russ

Excellent modeling as usual Chester!

Nice model, isn't the bonnet on the full sized truck a fold up wing set-up ?

Ray Dunakin

Pretty impressive model for 1/87th scale -- both the model itself, and your build of it.

Great weathering Chester.  And a nice looking truck.
