I uploaded an Adobe Illustrator files to their website, and within a week had my finished parts in hand.  At $48 (including shipping) for an 8.5 x 11" layout in 14ga Aluminum, they are very reasonable.  They do have a limited selection of thicknesses, and don't like parts smaller than 1/16" - I guess this is how they keep cost down.
