When we moved to Idaho in 2012, I started a small layout.

Next to the door, I started a small mine.

As I often do, that first layout was soon ripped out.

This time I placed that same mine across the room in a new layout.

That layout didn't last long.

I removed all the track to make room for more structures.

This week I have been working on that same mine.

This time it will be part of a 12 inch by 24 inch diorama.

In progress photos shown.
