Jacq,

Your water in these photos is the best I have seen. Please describe what you use.

Thank you.

Thanks for the ride.  It is a wonderful minature world you have created, and I'm sure it has put many a smile on peoples faces.  An outstanding job.

Simply an outstanding example of sophisticated scale modeling. All hobbyists should aspire to create something to such a high standard, even if only a small area. Your layout epitomizes the goal of this forum.

Jacq.

I look forward to meeting you when you come over here in 2009 or 2010. I hope Unc will turn his cameras on how you do such fabulous work and show us mere mortals how you do it.

John

Hauk

Brilliant!

Are there any plans for public showings of the layout in the near future?

  Hauk,

the next shows are planned for November.

1 - 2 Nov.  in Helmond ( Netherlands)  sort of a home match
8 - 9 Nov   in Orleans  ( France )  one of the best shows in France
22- 23 Nov  in Lahnstein ( Germany )  where Marcel Ackle also will give acte de pr?sence.

I have been invited for some topshows in Germany next year. Pending on getting the right crew I might attend.
The emphasis will be however on building the On30 layout. The preparations are going as planned, I will use
lumber from MtAlbert and contact some shops fo a quotation.

Marc,  if you are cleaning out 1:48 stuff contact me privately.

My wife is recovering very well, so I have more time for modeling.
