Thank you gentlemen, Russ, Chuck, Jerry.
Air getting fresher over Mogadishu thanks to the A/C unit...

I've spent a lot of time on the aqua green color. It comes from various reference pictures showing this color used here and there in Mog.
All the tonal variation, colors enhancing and little scratches are really time eater, but it may look OK, at the end.

Very impressive work! IMHO this type of material is very tricky to get it to look "right", and you've nailed it.

Lovely.mrealy like the tonal variations. Look just like the prototype pics. It was worth the effort and time.

Thank you Ray, Marc, Russ.
I see an end on this project, as I'm now in some detail painting.
A few days of hard work and it'll be done.

Gordon Ferguson

Well no slacking young Alex!

Looking good though, was wondering how you were going to this bit

Alexandre

Thank you Gordon.
I'm almost starting your piece.
You know, there are 2 kinds of people in the world. Those who build the stuff and the people who paint it :)

Haha :)
Just one actually, but it's my favorite film. I watch it at least 4 times a year.

All these naughty guys in the corner are designated for water duty!
Here's something to help them.

Yes Ray it is.
Built by the amazing Gordon Ferguson, wiring, straps, painting and weathering by me.

AMAZING!
I love how these little (often unnoticed) utilitarian "things" can become such wonderful models or even mini scenes!
Definitely a "keeper"!
