Its not often you see a model in the news:

I know they used to use a lot of models in courts but didn't know they were still used. Especially here where I could imagine some 3D fly through thing being used.

This case hits close to home for me, I'm from Cleveland and my dad lived a few blocks from here in the 1950's in house that looked much the same.
What a sick f this guys is.

I bought some 1/32 wood streamliner cars that a model maker in Ord, NE had done for a restaurant. Talking with him later, he does model for architects and lawyers. I guess he is quite well known in those circles.  The cars now are part of my D&H streamliner set pulled by a Shark.
