Bill the year was 1995. The model was in the Summer 2008 Narrow Gauge Annual.

Thanks guys for your comments.  I'm going to use the 100 hp Wisconsin 6 Cylinder engine for these two work trucks. This engine is the same as the one in my Lombard Rail truck. The plans are in the Sept /Oct 2007 Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazettet. I added to the length of the frame front section.

Here's two  photos of the engine and radiator now ready for paint. The in and out cooling lines,  intake and exhaust manifolds are removable and will be painted separately. After I finish painting, I will add the  rest of the detail.
