Help Locating a Vendor of soldering aids

Some time back one of our European members posted a link to a German(I Think) vendor who sold ceramic soldering aids and the accessory pieces to hold assemblies while soldering.  One is a U shaped clamp to hold parts.  Can anyone provide me with link to the vendor?

Is there a US source of the soldering fixture Frithjof shows, or similar?

Thanks for prompt responses.  My computer crapped out and I'm trying to reconstruct it.

Frithjof had the link to the vendor I am looking for.  And, Paul I already have a couple of the ceramic grill blocks you recommend.

As usual the members of this group are a great resource.
