I have had it since November and it is a great read. Even better it is in English so I can understand it, unlike his last book which was in German, no English version .

Sent a larger book to Boston USA  and it cost £12:00  which worked out at $15 As a rough guide but Creative models normally do a good deal at sensible prices and They come in a box ! not the normal Amazon cardboard envelope
